Elite Training Program

The Elite Training is designed for athletes who would like to further elevate their volleyball mechanics and physicality through our 4 week program. The highest level volleyball athletes have a solid foundation of mechanics and have the physical ability to play high above the net, swing with power, and have quick foot speed to react to the play regardless of their position which all comes through committed training. We are offering 2 Elite Training sessions this summer. They are twice a week and will offer one hour of volleyball specific drills followed by an hour of strength and conditioning  training featuring the Total Body Board created by Olympic High Jump record holder, Charles Austin! Video analysis will be used during the volleyball training to give athletes a picture of what they are working on as most athletes are visual learners. 

*If you want to compete with the best, you have to commit yourself to Elite Training! This is for athletes who are serious about improving their volleyball skills!

For incoming 8th-12th Graders with 2+ years of COMPETITIVE club experience

*Athletes must be able to perform the basic skills of volleyball (serving, passing, setting & hitting) at a competitive AND consistent level! 

*CTX Juniors may deny your request into this camp if you can not perform these tasks or if qualifications do not apply.

Session #1: May 16th-June 11th 

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-8:00pm

Where: CTX Fieldhouse at Sunfield Station

Who: 8th-12th Graders

 

 

 

 

Session #2: July 9th-August 1st

When:  Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-8:00pm

Where: CTX Fieldhouse at Sunfield Station

Who: 8th-12th Graders

(Group sizes will be very limited based on the nature of the training so register today!)
